30 Days to Conquer Cravings

The cause and solution to food cravings are as unique as you are, so there is no one solution that works for everyone. However, I have created a program that addressed the Physical, Emotional and Spiritual roots of cravings and offers solid, tried and true methods I have used with individuals in my practice for almost 20 years.
